It's a very good game, I just found hard to understand the controls, even with the U-Pad, my advice is for you to add a pop-up that tells you to press space when you are near something you can interact with.

It's so good I love it! I'm curious to know more about the story. The only thing I'd say is you can just leave the tab open and the apple machine things will continue collecting which makes it easier to earn gold. It's not necessarily a problem I just thought I should point it out.

Totally agree, I'm working on a system that just collects and stores the apples until the collector is full and then you have to go collect it. This will probably only be in the finished version.

I love your style! The demo is very enjoyable and has a lot of potential.

The core gameplay loop is solid, but I find the peace a bit slow. Maybe you can try to make the first upgrades cheaper or slice them in smaller upgrades that cost less. It's depends if you want to make the game more idle or more action.

I like the story, is simple and engaging. I'm genuinely curious to know more about it. I love how dialogues are consistent with the art style and the game in general, in my opinion that's something you got it right.
